Notice of intention for AGM

Normally the PCS AGM would occur at this time to coincide with a term of committee and annual membership.  As indicated in our constitution,  
"5 (1) Membership of the Association is open to-
Individuals who; 1) desire to participate in PCS rides and/or events, and 2) agree to pay the Subscription Fee to PCS and concurrently agree to be affiliated by membership to Cycling Australia or any other Association or Organisation as approved from time to time by PCS."


Our application to Cycling Australia was lodged on November 3, 2011.  As this application is still being considered by Cycling Western Australia, our membership process is unable to be completed.  I propose that the AGM date be established once we have clarification from Cycling Western Australia.  The next Cycling Western Australia Board meeting is January 19th, where a probationary member clause is proposed to be drafted. 


I would like to thank Gill Chapleo for being PCS' inaugural Treasurer. Richard Stokes will be acting Treasurer until the AGM, thanks Richard!  If there are any concerns regarding the delay of our AGM, please let me know.
